Volunteer

Everyone needs someone to care about them. At Gillis we strive to help abused and traumatized children and families heal, build on their strengths and create hope for a better future.

 

 

 

 

Volunteers are a vital part of what we do and we need people to

• help children and families build skills,
   increase their confidence and feel that they matter
• mentor a child or family
• be a tutor or education coach
• be a reader or visiting resource
• become a holiday or birthday supporter
• help us beautify our campus

Volunteers are individuals, couples, families, corporations, youth groups, and church groups. The time given is gratefully appreciated by Gillis but especially by the children and families we serve Click here for volunteer opportunities.
